Welcome to the website of Dr. Neil D. Sherman.

Dr. Sherman, certified by the American Board of Urology, is the Director of Reconstructive and Female Urology at UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School. Dr. Sherman is an Assistant Professor of Urology at UMDNJ – New Jersey Medical School.

Dr. Sherman's clinical and research interests include urinary incontinence and vaginal prolapse, reconstructive urology and bladder dysfunction in men and women, urinary incontinence in men, reconstruction for urethral stricture and trauma and new bladder construction and urinary diversion, video urodynamic study in patients with bladder emptying problems and bladder outlet obstructive symptoms. In addition, Dr. Sherman treats a full spectrum of general urologic conditions. He has authored and lectured on many topics in the field of urology. Dr. Sherman places and emphasis on compassionate patient care utilizing diagnostic modalities to create a unique treatment plan tailored to each individual patient.
